Michelin Guide-Listed Cush to Relocate to Midleton
The Michelin Guide-listed restaurant will open its doors on March 15th at the former Sage premises, bringing its renowned East Cork dining experience to the heart of the town.

The renowned Michelin Guide-listed restaurant Cush, which has been delighting diners in the picturesque village of Ballycotton since 2020, is set to relocate to a larger premises in Midleton next month. The new restaurant will open its doors on March 15th at the former site of Sage restaurant, in the heart of the town.
This relocation marks a significant step in the growth of the Flynn Cush Group. While Cush Ballycotton will remain as a guesthouse and bar, the popular Sea Church venue will continue to provide entertainment, concerts, and festivals for both locals and tourists in Ballycotton.
