Ballyhooly residents facing low water pressure. Alternative supply available at GAA pitch from 5:30pm today.

Residents in Ballyhooly are experiencing low water pressure today as Uisce Éireann investigates ongoing supply issues in the area. The utility company has announced that an alternative water supply will be available from Ballyhooly GAA pitch starting at 5:30pm this evening (Friday, 16 May).
Water service staff have been mobilised and are currently working on the ground to locate the cause of the interruption. Customers are advised to bring their own containers when collecting water from the tanker and must boil the water before consumption as a precautionary measure, in line with HSE advice.
Michael Bell, Water Network Operations Manager at Uisce Éireann, said:
"We understand the inconvenience caused when customers experience low water pressure and interruptions to their water supply, and we appreciate the community's patience as we work to restore water supply to impacted customers as quickly as possible."
Vulnerable customers who have registered with Uisce Éireann will receive direct communications about outages lasting more than four hours.
The utility company has urged residents to report any visible leaks to assist with their investigation. Uisce Éireann's customer care team is available 24/7 on 1800 278 278, and customers can also contact them on Twitter @IWCare with queries.
