Update 2: Operation Targeting Organised Crime in Cork City
Of the two individuals that remain in custody, one man, aged in his 30s has been charged.
An operation led by Gardaí from the Cork City Divisional Drugs Unit, targeting the sale and supply of drugs by an Organised Crime Group operating in Cork City Centre, is continuing.
Of the two individuals that remain in custody, one man, aged in his 30s has been charged and is due to appear before a sitting of Cork District Court on Monday 31st March, 2025 at 10:30am. The second man remains in Garda custody.
A further arrest of a female aged in her 40s, took place on the afternoon of Saturday 29th March, 2025 and she is currently detained under Section 50, Criminal Justice Act, 2007 at a Garda station in Cork City.
Investigations are ongoing.
