Uisce Éireann is responding to a burst water main affecting Ballyclough and surrounding areas, with repairs expected by 5pm Sunday.
A burst water main is causing disruption to supply across Ballyclough and a number of surrounding areas in Co Cork, with repairs expected to be completed by 5pm tomorrow, Sunday, 5 April.
Customers in Rathnee, Steeple Hill, Curraghalehane, Cois Cuain Estate, Mountnorth, Ballyclough, Scarteen, Firville, Annabella Park, Killagrohan, Mallow and surrounding areas may be experiencing disruption to their supply.
Crews were on site yesterday and this morning and completed a number of repairs, however the main has burst again today. Due to challenging conditions, repairs are not expected to be completed until 5pm tomorrow.
A water tanker has been made available at Ballyclough Primary School from 3pm today. Customers drawing water from the tanker are reminded to bring their own containers and to boil the water before use as a precautionary measure.
Traffic management will be in place and clearly signposted in the area to ensure the safety of repair crews and the public.
