RTÉ Seeks Cork Audience Members for New Show Filming at Fota House

Corkonians have a unique opportunity to be part of RTÉ's brand new television series Museum of Me, which begins filming at Fota House next week with host Dermot Whelan.

The production company Bo Media is looking for audience members to join six filming sessions across two weeks in October, each featuring a different well-known Irish guest curating their personal "Museum of Me".

Filming will take place at the stunning 19th century Fota House from Monday 20th October through Thursday 23rd October, before resuming after the bank holiday weekend on Tuesday 28th and Wednesday 29th October.

Each session runs from 12pm to 4pm, with limited audience places available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The series concept sees celebrity guests selecting the most meaningful objects from their lives, creating a personal museum whilst sharing the stories behind each item. Dermot Whelan, known for his award-winning radio career including the Dermot and Dave Show on Today FM, will guide each guest through their collection.

Bo Media, an Irish-owned television company, produces content for major broadcasters including RTÉ, TG4 and international clients. The company describes itself as committed to telling stories that reflect the diversity of Ireland's people and heritage.

Interested audience members can secure their spot by emailing derek@bomedia.tv with their name, contact details and preferred date. Alternatively, they can complete the booking form at https://forms.gle/kjwBj2w4HPaK6mRJ7.

With only six filming days scheduled and audience numbers limited, those interested are encouraged to apply promptly to avoid disappointment. The opportunity offers Corkonians a rare chance to see professional television production up close whilst spending an afternoon at one of Cork's most impressive historic venues.
