Pedestrian Hospitalised After Collision With Car on R513 at Kilglass, Mitchelstown
A man in his 40s was taken to CUH after a collision with a car on the R513 at Kilglass, Mitchelstown.
A man in his 40s has been taken to Cork University Hospital following a collision involving a car and a pedestrian on the R513 at Kilglass, Mitchelstown. His injuries are not thought to be life threatening.
Gardaí and emergency services responded to reports of the collision shortly after 1:40am on Sunday 4 October 2026, according to the Garda Press Office.
The pedestrian, a male in his 40s, was removed to Cork University Hospital (CUH) for treatment.
The road at the scene has since reopened to traffic. Gardaí have confirmed that investigations are ongoing.
