Gardaí are appealing for information on the whereabouts of missing Donegal man Finbarr Hopkins (48), who may have travelled to Cork.

Gardaí are appealing for the public's help in tracing Finbarr Hopkins (48), from Buncrana, Co. Donegal, who has been reported missing since Saturday, 9 May 2026. It is believed he may have travelled to Cork.

Finbarr was last seen on Friday, 8 May 2026. He is described as approximately 6 foot in height, of slim build, with grey hair and beard.

He was last seen wearing a black jacket with a grey hood, grey tracksuit trousers and grey shoes, and was carrying a large black gym bag.

Gardaí and Finbarr's family are concerned for his wellbeing.
