Public car parks and on-street parking in Mallow will be free on Sunday, giving race-goers plenty of options across the town. However, organisers have flagged several locations to avoid.
The car parks at Chemist Warehouse, Market Square, and Lidl are reserved for customer use only and are managed by a private company. Organisers have warned that clamping is actively enforced at these locations and urged people to steer clear.
Those using the car park behind McDonald's should note that it operates as paid parking. Drivers will need to purchase a ticket and display it clearly in their vehicle.
Organisers have also asked attendees to park considerately, ensuring driveways and emergency vehicle access routes are kept clear at all times.
