Gardaí will be enforcing strict road safety measures at the Kilbrittain Annual Tractor Run tomorrow, with zero tolerance for overcrowding of tractors and full enforcement of the Rules of the Road.

An Garda Síochána Cork confirmed yesterday that marked Garda vehicles, including Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) units, will be operating throughout Sunday's event.

While the annual tractor run is described as a community and family event supporting good causes, Gardaí are reminding participants that basic road safety requirements will be enforced at the organisers' request.

There will be zero tolerance for overcrowding of tractors. All vehicles participating in the event must be roadworthy, with valid tax and insurance in place.

The Kilbrittain Annual Tractor Run takes place on Sunday, 28th December 2025.
