Cork Summer Show 2026 Is Now Open at Curraheen Showgrounds

The Cork Summer Show 2026 is open today at Cork Showgrounds, Curraheen, and runs from 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday 20 June 2026 and Sunday 21 June 2026. With something for all the family, whether you are competing, showcasing your talents, or simply soaking up the atmosphere, it promises to be a great weekend for all ages.

Tickets are available at any entry point from 9 AM or can be booked in advance online at CorkSummerShow.com. Those with online bookings should have their QR code ready for scanning at the entrance to ensure smooth entry. Visitors are encouraged to bring a reusable water bottle or cup to help keep the event sustainable.

Organisers are encouraging everyone to plan their journey in advance and take advantage of the free Park & Ride service available from four convenient locations. From the west, visitors can park at Ballincollig Shopping Centre and take a free shuttle to the Showgrounds. Those coming via the tunnel can use the Black Ash Park & Ride for a direct service, while free parking is also available at Curraheen Greyhound Stadium for those arriving from Cork city and nearby areas.

New for 2026, visitors can also park at Munster Technological University's Le Chéile Building and take a free direct bus straight to the Showgrounds. Alternatively, the Bus Éireann 208 service runs directly to the Showgrounds gate.

Livestock competitors and exhibitors, with the exception of poultry, should use Exit 1 (Hobbs Cross) on the N40 and allow extra time for arrival due to increased traffic.

The Cork Summer Show 2026 is platinum sponsored by Munster Agricultural Society, Cork City Council, and Cork County Council, with additional support from Bus Éireann.
