Cork City Missing Persons Search and Recovery has advised the public not to be alarmed if they notice the group's vehicles along the city quays this evening.

The volunteer organisation confirmed that its dive unit will be carrying out a search technique training exercise on the quays tonight, Tuesday, 10 March 2026.

The group asked members of the public not to be concerned if they see their vehicles in the area, as the activity is part of a routine training exercise.
